About the artist

Roger Marlow is the artist behind the brand; he uses skilled fabrication techniques: welding, torch cutting and grinding. He is passionate about his work and the longer he makes artwork out of metal, the more important it is to him. He is driven by the texture and resistance of various metals that ultimately forges the pieces. He collects the metals methodically and often travels far distances in order to find what he is looking for.

IMAD creates not only pieces of art for an aesthetic appeal but also serves as practical art, ranging from various candle/lamp stands to fruit bowls/food platters. He has also extended his range to garden accessories such as herb ladders. Recently corporate signage has been amended into the portfolio that has become popular amongst business owners. Basically, if a client wants something, it can be made!
